The Wellstead of Rogers, a specialty assisted living residence, was developed in 1998 in response to consumer demand for excellence in "Memory Care" for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease or other memory impairments.

We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide our residents and the attention we give to family members. Our direct care staff includes RNs, LPNs, TMAs and Registered Nursing Assistants. A Registered Nurse is on staff seven days a week. Our program staff focuses on life skills and retained abilities by keeping residents active through daily purposeful involvement.
