GrayTimes Events Calendar lets you promote any timely event

List any event — a grand opening, seminar, lecture series, tradeshow appearance — in the GrayTimes Events Calendar. (To view the current calendar, click here.) We offer two levels of listings:

Basic listings

The Basic listing includes the following:

• Name of the event
• Sponsor
• Date, day of the week, time
• Admission cost (if any)
• Brief description of the event
• Contact information

A Basic listing costs $29 for an insertion.

Expanded listings

An Expanded listing includes the information in the Basic listing and adds the following:

• Email link
• Link to your Website
• An expanded description of the event
• Up to three graphics (including a logo)
• A link to a map with directions to the event

Expanded listings are presented on a separate Web page linked from the calendar. (Click here to see a sample of an Expanded calendar listing.)

An Expanded listing costs $139 for an insertion.

How to sign up for a calendar listing

To sign up for either a Basic or Expanded listing, just fill out this listing form and submit it by Email or print it out and mail it to the address on the form along with your payment. Payment for all listings must be received prior to placement.

(To submit the form by Email, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 7.0+, available at the Adobe Web site.) Listings should be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event. Events that take place in future months will be placed in the "Upcoming Events" section of the calendar and later will be moved to the current month.
