GrayTimes offers Minnesota companies the opportunity to reach their target audience of Minnesota seniors and caregiving decision makers in an information-packed environment. You can list your company in any of more than two dozen categories that readers can search geographically — by city, ZIP Code or Area Code. Companies may be listed in more than one category. GrayTimes offers two levels of listings: Basic and Premium.

Basic listings

A basic listing includes such information as:

• Company name
• Street address
• City, state and ZIP Code
• Phone number

Results of searches are displayed randomly, so there is no alphabetical bias to the order of results. Basic listings are included at no charge.

Premium listings

Premium listings will be randomized and displayed before any search results of basic listings. Premium listings are displayed in searches around a 25-mile radius of your office location; Basic listings are only displayed for the city or Zip Code the business office is located in.

Premium listings allow you to add such vital information as:

• E-mail link to your preferred contact address
• Link to your Website (builds traffic and helps your ranking in search engines)
• Map with driving directions to your location (This is generated automatically by Google Maps from your address; you don't need to provide a map.)
• Your own promotional message (25 words or less)

Included with your Premium listing is free membership in the GrayTimes Senior Web Network "Web-Ring."

A single directory listing costs $96.00 annually. (That's just $8.00 per month!) You can purchase additional Premium listings — for more than one category or more than one location — for just $39.00/year each.

How to sign up

You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 7.0 or higher to complete the form and submit it by E-mail. [If you do not have one, you can download the current version of Acrobat for your operating system from the Adobe Website at no charge, using this link.]

If you have an old version of Acrobat Reader, you will still be able to complete the form, print it out and mail or fax it. However, you need the latest version to be able to complete and submit it by E-mail. Submitting it by E-mail will speed up your listing significantly. If you're ordering a Premium listing, your bill will be calculated and included on the last page of the form. So, be sure to print out a copy of that page to make your payment by check.

To purchase multiple Premium listings at the discounted rate:

1. More than one location in the same category — complete one form for each listing and make a note in the "Comments" section that you are purchasing more than one Premium listing in order to qualify for the lower rate.
   
   
2. One location in multiple categories — use one form for the location and check the appropriate boxes on the page 2 of the form for each category you want it listed under.
